• Contracts include scope of work, payment schedules, and BuilderTrend access for project tracking.

4. Payments

• Late payments may incur interest or delay project progress.

5. Warranty & Guarantee

• We provide a 1-Year Limited Workmanship Warranty covering craftsmanship issues.

• Manufacturer warranties apply to products and appliances.

• Normal wear and tear, misuse, and external factors (flooding, earthquakes, foundation movement) are excluded.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Provide site access during working hours

• Obtain financing if applicable
